Check us out! Look through the website, Contact us for a tour of our facility and to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
Step 2
All members must complete our Elements Class before starting Group Training. Whether your a seasoned athlete, generally active, or haven't worked out in a while, CrossFit is for YOU and the Elements Class is where to start. Successful completion of our Elements Class will ensure a smooth transition to our Group classes. Schedule your Elements Class today!

For those that want a more Individualized approach
Fitness Assessment
During the Fitness Assessment a variety of topics will be discussed (lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, injuries, etc.) and the following may be analyzed: Body Composition, movement patterns, fitness level, mobility, nutrition profile. At the conclusion of the assessment we will discuss the best path for you.
Personal Training
Private, Semi-Private, Group Training
- Workouts are done at our facility with the support and motivation of your own coach.
- The workouts are specifically developed to target your goals, make you strong, healthy and more fit.
Program Design
- After you have completed your assessment we will discuss what direction you want to go with your training.
- We will develop an individualized fitness program based on your goals, lifestyle, weaknessess, etc.
- Movements and details of your program will be discussed.
- Every 4-6 weeks we will test/review your progress and discuss the next phase of your training.
- Workouts are completed at the gym of your choice
