Coaching/Consulting
Everyone needs a Coach. I have recently started to individualize CrossFit programming and am having great success with it. Everyone has different strengths, weakness, and starting level of fitness. Here is how it works. We meet at our facility where we perform an assessment of your movement/flexibility and current fitness level. After that we will discuss your goals and training schedule. We will take care of your weekly programming. You will train on your own with occasional technique sessions as needed. We will keep you accountable and on track. All you need to do is train hard!

Price - $35 a week
As always you can still come in for one-on-one training sessions
Price -
1 session for $40
10 sessions* for $300
*All sessions will range from 45-75 minutes
